Please join us May 31, 2008, at U.C. Berkeley for a Tribute to Honor Jim Gray. Gray is known for his groundbreaking work as a programmer, database expert, and Microsoft engineer. The tribute will include a general session followed by a technical sessions program. Speakers include Joe Hellerstein, Mike Olson, and Ed Lazowska. The event is sponsored by the Family of Jim Gray, ACM, USENIX, and EECS, UCB.

NSDI '08 will feature a poster session during which attendees can discuss emerging ideas in networked systems design by talking with leading researchers who are introducing their ongoing work.
