LISA18 Services

Internet Access/Wireless Network

USENIX is pleased to offer free wireless Internet access for LISA18. The network is built and maintained by PSAV. Internet bandwidth is limited; as a courtesy to others, please limit your use of bandwidth-intensive services.

Please note:

  • The network may be monitored.
  • Any illicit or intrusive use of the network, including packet sniffing, is expressly forbidden.
  • The wireless network is open and insecure. USENIX strongly recommends that all users encrypt their transmissions. Users are solely responsible for the security of their passwords and data.

Power Outlets

Power strips will be available in the meeting rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.

Conference Program Videos

In keeping with the USENIX Open Access Policy, Conference Program video files will be available to everyone shortly after the conclusion of the conference.

ADA Information

USENIX is committed to ensuring that our meetings are fully accessible to all attendees. Visit our ADA Information page to find out about options and how to make a request. To ensure that we meet your needs, please make your request by Friday, October 12, 2018.

Mothers’ Room

USENIX is pleased to offer a Mothers’ Room for nursing women at LISA18. The room will offer privacy via keyed access, seating, a refrigerator, and electrical outlets for your pump. Please stop at the USENIX Badge Pickup Desk onsite for more information or contact the Conference Department ahead of time with any questions.

Bulletin Boards/Vendor Materials

Bulletin boards in the registration area hold messages for attendees, the latest schedule of Birds-of-a-Feather (BoF) sessions, and postings of job opportunities. You can pick up information on products, services, and special offers from the literature tables in the registration area.
