Internet Access/Wireless Network
USENIX is pleased to offer free wireless Internet access for LISA17. The network is courtesy of Encore. Internet bandwidth is limited; as a courtesy to others, please limit your use of bandwidth-intensive services.
- The network may be monitored.
- Any illicit or intrusive use of the network, including packet sniffing, is expressly forbidden.
- The wireless network is open and insecure. USENIX strongly recommends that all users encrypt their transmissions. Users are solely responsible for the security of their passwords and data.
Power strips will be available in the meeting rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. Some power strips are reserved for Gold and Silver Passport holders, whose registration includes guaranteed power access.
USENIX is pleased to offer a Mothers’ Room for nursing women at LISA17. The room will offer privacy via keyed access, seating, a refrigerator, and electrical outlets for your pump. Please stop at the USENIX Badge Pickup Desk onsite for more information or email firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of time with any questions.
USENIX is committed to ensuring that our meetings are fully accessible to all attendees. Visit our ADA Information page to find out about options and how to make a request. To ensure that we meet your needs, please make your request by Monday, October 9, 2017.
Bulletin Boards/Vendor Materials
Bulletin boards in the registration area hold messages for attendees, the latest schedule of Birds-of-a-Feather (BoF) sessions, and postings of job opportunities. You can pick up information on products, services, and special offers from the literature tables in the registration area.
LISA17 Conference Program Videos
In keeping with the USENIX Open Access Policy, videos of select Conference Program sessions will be available to everyone shortly after they happen.
