The OSDI '26 mentorship program is designed to give student attendees a chance to get to know more people at the symposium, get career advice from a senior member of the community, and obtain feedback on their research. Mentorship will have two components. First, students and mentors will be paired for a one-on-one conversation, scheduled for their mutual convenience. Second, small group discussions will take place between students and mentors at the symposium venue during the mentorship session at 7:00 pm, Monday, July 13, 2026.
Student mentees will be matched with faculty, postdocs, or industry mentors following the sign-up deadline. All mentors and mentees must attend OSDI '26.
Mentors and students will be matched based on their areas of expertise and interests. We will communicate to paired participants in the week before the symposium starts.
