All items must remain within your exhibit's footprint. Avoid setting pull-up banners and collateral to the side of or in front of your exhibit.

Included with each tabletop exhibit

  • Six-foot, black draped table
  • Two chairs
  • Conference WiFi access
  • Electrical access

Internet and Electrical

USENIX provides free WiFi to all attendees and exhibitors. Tabletop exhibitors may access the conference WiFi network and the electrical outlet. Please bring your own cables as needed for your devices. If you need a hardwired or dedicated internet connection, email [email protected] for more information no later than Monday, June 22.

Monitor Rental

Monitors should be ordered through Show Imaging no later than Friday, June 26.

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the option to use Cvent's LeadCapture app and purchase licenses to use the app to scan attendee badges at their tabletop exhibit. Badge data is limited to the attendee's name, email, company, and title. If you require more details, such as the country or phone number, you must ask for this during your interaction with the attendee. USENIX does not provide, maintain, or distribute leads and contact information and is not responsible for technical or user errors.

Your exhibit's admin can place the order within the Cvent exhibitor portal and request an invite by emailing [email protected]. Please advise your on-site staff to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before arriving at the venue. Our ability to troubleshoot onsite is limited. Here are instructions on how to use the app.

Domestic Shipping

You may ship directly to the venue per the instructions below. The venue may charge a small fee to hold your packages if they are over 40 lbs. Do not send palletized materials.

Inbound Domestic

Please send all inbound shipments to arrive no sooner than Wednesday, July 8. All items must be received no later than Friday, July 10.

Email [email protected] your shipment's tracking numbers and a description of the contents so that we can better locate your packages on-site. Note: The venue may charge a small fee to hold your packages if they are over 40lbs. Please do not send palletized materials.

International Shipping

When shipping internationally, label all packages to your company's onsite point of contact. USENIX does not handle customs clearance or provide staff identification for customs purposes. Your company is solely responsible for ensuring shipments clear customs and arrive in time for the event.

Outbound

Hold onto your boxes if your team needs to ship back items. Please have prepaid, pre-printed labels ready in advance and coordinate with the FedEx office at the venue.

Exhibitor-only Registration

Exhibitor-only badges are required for those staffing a table. Exhibitor-only badges are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.

What is the difference between an exhibitor badge and a conference pass?
Anyone planning to attend sessions, should register for a conference pass, either paid, or via a complimentary "sponsor pass" per your sponsorship agreement. Exhibitor registration allows you to staff the table, but does not grant access to sessions. Anyone registered to attend sessions may also serve as an exhibitor, and they do not need to register as an exhibitor.

Overnight Security

There is no overnight security. Please coordinate with a USENIX staff member onsite to request that small valuables be stored overnight on Monday and Tuesday.
