Registration & Lodging
Program Package
Registration for the workshop and accommodations, including housing and dining services, are provided as a package with no reduction in price for late arrivals, early departures, or missed meals.
Lodging
USENIX has a block of rooms available for workshop attendees in the residence halls at the Clark Kerr Campus at the University of California, Berkeley. You will be able to make your reservation when you register for the workshop.
All accommodations are two-bedroom suites with one shared bathroom. Each suite can accommodate up to (4) people.
Single occupancy package: You will have 1 bedroom in the 2-bedroom suite. The other bedroom in the suite will be occupied by your suitemate(s) and you will share a bathroom.
Double occupancy package: You will have 1 of 2 beds in 1 bedroom of the 2-bedroom suite. You will have a roommate and the other bedroom in the suite will be occupied by your suitemate(s). You will share a bathroom.
Each bed is an extra-long twin mattress and is made prior to arrival with a pillow, pillow case, sheets, a blanket and bedspread. Two towels, a face cloth, and a bar of soap are provided. Beds are made, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Common areas and bathrooms in the residence halls are also cleaned daily.
Roommates
If you select double occupancy, you will be able to enter a request for your preferred roommate. If you select single occupancy, you will be able to enter a request for your preferred suitemate(s). Please note that we cannot guarantee your request.
Parking
Parking is available at the Clark Kerr campus. If you will need to park your car, parking permits are available for advance purchase during the registration process. Permits are $14/day and are valid from 8am - 12pm the following day. Permits must be purchased in advance as they are not available for purchase when you arrive on-site to UC Berkeley. Please note that the street parking around campus is limited to 2 hours.

- Admission to the evening activities

- 2 nights double occupancy in a 2-bedroom suite in a residence hall, June 6-8 (You will have a roommate and suitemate(s))

Early Arrivals/Late Departures
Due to limited space, requests for early arrivals and late departures will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to arrive prior to Wednesday, June 6 or depart after Friday, June 8, please contact the Conference Department at conference@usenix.org. The following room rates will apply:
- Double Occupancy: $52/night
- Single Occupancy: $77/night
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All refund requests must be emailed to hotpar12_reg@usenix.org by Thursday, May 31, 2012. You may substitute another in your place.
