Tutorial Fees (June 18-20)

Tutorial registration fees include: Admission to the tutorials you select Printed tutorial materials for your selected courses Tutorial CD-ROM Admission to the Vendor Exhibition Lunch Select only one full-day tutorial per day.

Tutorial Program for one day $455 CEU credit for one day $15 Tutorial Program for two days $760 CEU credit for two days $30 Tutorial Program for three days $1065 CEU credit for three days $45 After May 12, add $50 to the tutorial fee. Technical Session Fees (June 21-23)

Technical Sessions registration fees include: Admission to all technical sessions Copy of Conference Proceedings Admission to the Vendor Exhibition Admission to the Conference Reception Payment by check or credit card must accompany the registration form. Purchase orders, vouchers, telephone, or email registrations cannot be accepted. Current USENIX members who wish to join SAGE: Join at the USENIX Membership Booth during the conference.

Member Fee $465 - before or on May 12, 2000 $515 - after May 12, 2000 The member fee applies to current members of USENIX, EurOpen national groups, JUS, or AUUG. Non-Member or Renewing Member Fee $560 - before or on May 12, 2000 $610 - after May 12, 2000 You can join USENIX or renew your membership at no additional charge. Pay this non-member technical session fee and check the USENIX membership box on the registration form to renew your existing membership or receive a new one-year individual Association membership. Full-time Student Fee $75 A copy of your current student ID is required, you are strongly advised to read the Student Offers page.

The refund/cancellation date for both Tutorials and Technical Sessions: Friday, June 9, 2000. All refund requests must be in writing with your signature, and postmarked no later than Friday, June 9, 2000. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You may substitute another in your place.
