Exhibitor Services Information

SREcon20 Americas Exhibit Halls services are provided by Cvent and Intrado. Your booth’s admin will receive an email with credentials and instructions on how to log into the Space Builder -- where you can construct your booth and customize with your content. If you have any questions, please refer to the user guide or contact us for advice at sponsorship@usenix.org.

Important Dates and Deadlines (Subject to frequent updates or changes)

  • Registration Deadline to register with your Sponsor Pass(es): Sunday, December 6
  • Booth building window: Thursday, October 15 – Monday, November 23
  • Booth QA and corrections window: Monday, November 23 - Monday, November 30
  • PDF/Attendee e-packet collateral (optional) due to USENIX Wednesday, November 18 Extended to Friday, December 4

Exhibit Hall Hours (Eastern Standard Time)

The Exhibit Halls will be open for the duration of the event. We recommend having your booth staffed during the lunch break each day and before/after sessions to allow attendees in different timezones the best opportunity to connect with you. The option for attendees to schedule one-on-one appointments with sponsors will also be available.

Monday, December 7
  • 9:00 am–5:00 pm (sessions run from 10:00 am to 3:45 pm)
  • Lunch: 1:20 pm–1:50 pm
Tuesday, December 8
  • 9:00 am–6:00 pm (sessions run from 10:00 am to 4:50 pm)
  • Lunch: 12:55 pm–1:25 pm
Wednesday, December 9
  • 9:00 am–4:00 pm (sessions run from 10:00 am to 3:45 pm)
  • Lunch: 12:55 pm–1:25 pm

Exhibitor-only Registration

Your booth comes with staff access to your exhibit and your booth’s admin will manage and assign roles and staff. Booth badges do not give access to conference sessions. Use your Sponsor Pass(es) for attending sessions as a guest. You may be an attendee and also staff your booth during peak traffic times, or as you see fit.
