Early Bird Registration Deadline: Monday, June 19, 2017

The following information applies to SOUPS 2017. Registration information for USENIX ATC '17 and its co-located workshops, HotCloud '17 and HotStorage '17, is available on the ATC '17 Registration Information page.

On-site Registration and Badge Pick-up Hours

You may pick up your badge or register on-site at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara at the following dates, times, and locations:

Monday, July 10, 7:30 am–5:00 pm, Main Lobby
Tuesday, July 11, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Main Lobby
Wednesday, July 12, 7:30 am–5:00 pm, Lobby West
Thursday, July 13, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Lobby West
Friday, July 14, 8:00 am–noon, Lobby West

Technical Sessions Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all SOUPS 2017 Workshops, Tutorials, and Technical Sessions
  • Admission to the continental breakfasts, luncheon, refreshment breaks, and evening activities
  • USENIX t-shirt
  • Access to the Conference Proceedings as a downloadable archive
  • Wireless connectivity in the conference session area

Refund/Cancellation Deadline:

Substitutions are always welcome. If you must cancel, please do so by Friday, June 30, 2017, to receive a full refund. Log into Cvent and enter your confirmation number to cancel your registration. After June 30, your cancellation/refund request must be emailed to conference@usenix.org. Full or partial refunds after the cancellation deadline are subject to USENIX policies.
