If you are a premium vendor, your booth will also include 500 watt electrical drop with a power strip. The booth will NOT include janitorial, lead retrieval, ethernet drop, AV or other special services. These will be available via the show decorator (GES).
The conference will take place at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. We have arranged a special room rate for conference attendees. The Hotel Discount Deadline is Monday, November 19. Hotel information is available here.

You will receive 5 exhibitor badges, and will be able to register via the online registration system. No code is needed; just select the "Exhibitor Pass" option.

Wednesday, November 7: Advance shipments may begin arriving at the warehouse

Thursday, December 6: Last day for advance shipments to arrive at the warehouse without surcharges
Advance warehouse hours for receiving are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Note: The warehouse wll be closed November 22–23 for Thanksgiving Holiday.
