Registration Information

On-site Registration and Badge Pick-up Hours

You may pick up your badge or register on-site at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara at the following dates and times:

Sunday, February 15 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Monday, February 16 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 17 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 18 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 19 8:00 a.m.–10:30 am

Technical Sessions Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Continental breakfast and refreshments during breaks
  • Admission to the Conference Luncheon
  • Admission to the evening activities
  • Wireless connectivity in conference session area
  • Conference t-shirt
  • Access to the Conference Proceedings as a downloadable archive

Tutorial Program Registration Includes:

Substitutions are always welcome. If you must cancel, please do so by Tuesday, February 3, to receive a full refund. Please log into Cvent and enter your confirmation number to cancel your registration. After February 3, your cancellation/refund request must be emailed to conference@usenix.org.
