Registration Information

 

On-site Registration and Badge Pickup Hours
You may pick up your badge or register on-site at the Fairmont San Jose at the following dates and times:

  • Monday, February 11   5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 12   7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 13   7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 14   7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, February 15   8:00 a.m.–noon

Technical Sessions Registration Includes

  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Admission to the Conference Luncheon
  • Continental breakfast and refreshments during breaks
  • Conference Proceedings loaded on a 8GB USB drive
  • Admission to the evening activities
  • Wireless connectivity in conference session area

Tutorial Program Registration Includes

  • Admission to the tutorials you select
  • Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during breaks on the day of your tutorials
  • Conference Proceedings and all tutorial materials loaded on a 8GB USB drive
  • Admission to the evening activities
  • Wireless connectivity in conference session area

If you would like to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for your tutorials, add $15 to your tutorial fees.

 

Refund/Cancellation Deadline:
Tuesday, February 5, 2013

Substitutions are always welcome. If you must cancel, please do so by Tuesday, February 5, to receive a full refund. Please log into Cvent and enter your confirmation number to cancel your registration. After February 5, your cancellation/refund request must be emailed to conference@usenix.org.
