Important Dates and Deadlines

Exhibitor-only Registration

Register staff for your table HERE.

Select Exhibitor as the registration type - no code necessary.

Exhibitor-only badges are required for those staffing a table.

  • Exhibitor-only badges are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
  • Exhibitors will have access to food and beverage.

Exhibit Space

  • 6 foot draped table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Free WiFi Access

You are welcome to bring pop-up banners, table swag, desktop literature racks, and giveaways, but please be aware that you will need to transport these in and out on your own.

Internet and Electrical

USENIX provides free WiFi access to all our attendees and exhibitors. All tables are equipped with access to an electric drop. If you need a hardwire ethernet line, please contact us.

Monitor Rental

The order form to order a monitor for your table is available here. The discount deadline is February 19, 2020.

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the option to order lead retrieval. Order form coming soon.

Shipping Information

If you plan to ship collateral for the attendee packets, please email your tracking number and a description of the item to sponsorship@usenix.org. Not sending a tracking number may cause your insert to not be included in the packet, though USENIX will make every effort to accommodate. All boxes must arrive between Monday, February 17 and Friday, February 21.
