Exhibit Hours (Subject to change)
- Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 10:00 am–7:00 pm (Happy Hour Booth Crawl from 5:00 to 7:00)
- Wednesday, March 26, 2025, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- Thursday, March 27, 2025, 10:00 am–2:30 pm (end of lunch)
Peak traffic is expected before and after sessions, during lunches and breaks, and the evening Happy Hour after sessions. There will be a USENIX raffle for attendees on Thursday. Attendees will be encouraged to visit exhibits and collect stamps on their passports. Attendees who fill out their passports will be entered to win a prize on Thursday afternoon. Exhibitors are also encouraged to host their raffles at their booths.
Exhibitor Setup and Teardown
- Setup: Fern Expo will place your shipments at your booth during setup and before the show opens on Tuesday morning. If you have empty containers that require storage for the duration of the show, please visit the Fern Exhibitor Service Desk during setup and grab the "Empty" stickers.
- Teardown: Fern will be available during teardown. Coordinate with them directly for your outbound shipping needs.

Monitors are not included, but can be rented through Show Imaging for additional cost.

Graphics
Submit your print-ready files directly through the Fern online portal. Do not send USENIX your logo files. Dimensions and the link for upload can be found in the Fern exhibitor kit.
Note: The included graphics are for the default packages: front panel of the counter and the meterboard only. If you choose a different configuration, the graphics are not covered by USENIX and are considered an upgrade at your cost. Submit your artwork to Fern no later than Friday, February 21, 2025
Good Neighbor Policy
Please do not use a microphone or loudspeaker at your booth. If you are running a raffle, please coordinate the timing with us to avoid conflicts with official activities such as sponsored lunches or the conference happy hour.
Shipping
No direct-to-venue shipments are allowed. Please ship via the advance warehouse. All inbound shipments and freight must be shipped to the advance warehouse and checked in by the warehouse crew by 3:30 pm on Friday, March 21, 2025. Do not plan to carry items beyond “one trip/one handful,” to avoid being charged a fee by the venue. Plan to use return labels and be ready to ship back any assets as needed. Anyone who needs help during the dismantling will be served at the Exhibitor Services desk on the show floor. Please coordinate with Fern Expo in advance or onsite if you require assistance.
Internet
Exhibits include access to the conference WiFi network. Network ID and passcode will be printed on your badge. Our attendees and exhibitors can access this network, but we can't guarantee a seamless connection. You may order a hardwired or dedicated connection from the venue's provider, Smart City, no later than 14 days before the event. Electrical
All booths include a 500-watt electric drop at the back of the booth. If you need to order additional power, a power strip to plug multiple devices into, or relocate power to a different location in your booth, check back soon for details, deadlines, and instructions.

Monitors can be rented through Show Imaging using the form below. Orders must be placed by Monday, March 10, 2025.

Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors can purchase optional lead retrieval via Cvent's LeadCapture app, which is downloadable to your own device. We strongly suggest placing your order and downloading the app before the conference. You can find helpful hints on Cvent's Community Forum.
Exhibitor Insurance (Required)
All exhibitors must carry general liability coverage with a minimum policy limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,00 aggregate, with USENIX named as an additional insured. If your current policy does not provide this or you wish to purchase separate insurance, Rain Protection Insurance can provide this coverage.
Registration
Register your exhibiting staff, i.e., those not attending conference sessions. USENIX will email the exhibitor registration link to your main point of contact. Exhibitor-only registration is separate from sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
Sponsor Passes
Sponsorship will email your main point of contact the discount code to access any free conference passes included in your agreement. Conference passes reserve a seat in sessions. Anyone using a sponsor pass can also double as booth staff.
