Welcome to the SREcon24 Americas exhibitor services resources page. Please refer to this page frequently for updates. Here, you will find all of the details related to your exhibit. TriCord will provide show decorator services, including booth graphics, furnishings, and shipping logistics.

Note: All orders may be submitted via the TriCord online storefront. TriCord will email each exhibitor's main point of contact to grant access to the storefront.

  • Advance freight receiving window: Tuesday, February 13, 2024, through Wednesday, March 13, 2024, by 3:30 pm PDT (No direct-to-venue shipments allowed. Please ship via the TriCord advance warehouse.)

Exhibit Hours (updated)

  • Monday, March 18, 2024, 10:00 am–6:30 pm
  • Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 8:00 am–5:30 pm
  • Wednesday, March 20, 2024, 10:00 am–2:30 pm

Exhibits will remain open over the course of the event. Peak traffic is expected just before and after sessions, during lunches and breaks, and the evening Happy Hour after sessions. Note that exhibits will be closed during the conference reception held in The Atrium. See the program page for complete details.

Exhibitor Setup and Teardown

  • Setup: TriCord will place your shipments at your booth at setup. If you have empty containers that require storage for the duration of the show, please visit the TriCord Service Desk during setup and grab the "Empty" stickers.
  • Teardown: TriCord will be available during teardown. Coordinate with them directly for your outbound shipping needs.

Exhibitors may ship a pop-up banner if it fits within your booth footprint and does not obstruct your neighbor’s visibility. If you are a Bronze exhibitor, please inquire about the ceiling height, as some booths will have a 7' H ceiling, and your popup banner may not fit.

On-site Security

There will be overnight security on the show floor. Any high-value items like a laptop should be left overnight on the show floor at your discretion or taken with you each evening.

Good Neighbor Policy

Please do not use a microphone or loudspeaker at your booth. If you are running a raffle, please coordinate the timing with us to avoid conflicts with official activities such as sponsored lunches or the conference happy hour.

Submit your print-ready PDF file to TriCord no later than the close of business on Friday, February 23, 2024. Graphics submitted after this date are subject to TriCord’s 25% late fee. Dimensions and the link for upload can be found in their exhibitor kit.


All inbound shipments and freight must be shipped to the advance warehouse and checked in by the warehouse crew by 3:30 pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Do not ship directly to the venue. Do not plan to carry items beyond “one trip/one handful,” as labor union rules mandate to avoid being charged a fee. Plan to use return labels and be ready to ship back any assets as needed. Anyone who needs help during the dismantling will be served at the Exhibitor Services desk on the show floor. Please coordinate with TriCord.

*All exhibitor-ordered freight carriers must be checked in by 3:30 pm for freight pick-up.


Exhibits include access to the conference WiFi network. Network ID and passcode will be printed on your badge. All of our attendees and exhibitors will have access to this network, and we can’t guarantee a seamless connection. You may order a hardwired or dedicated connection.

All booths include a 500-watt electric drop at the back of the booth. If you need to order additional power, a power strip to plug multiple devices into, or relocate power to a different location in your booth, you may order through Freeman.

Monitor Rental

Monitors can be rented via TriCord inside the exhibitor kit, or directly from Show Imaging using this form.

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors can purchase optional lead retrieval via Cvent’s LeadCapture app, which is downloadable to your own device. We strongly suggest placing your order and downloading the app before the conference. You can find helpful hints on Cvent's Community Forum.

Exhibitor Insurance (Required)

All exhibitors must carry general liability coverage with a minimum policy limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,00 aggregate, with USENIX named as an additional insured. If your current policy does not provide this or you wish to purchase separate insurance, Rain Protection Insurance can provide this coverage.

Register your exhibiting staff, i.e., those not attending conference sessions. USENIX will email the main point of contact the exhibitor registration link.

Exhibitor-only registration is separate from sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.

Sponsor Passes

Sponsorship will email your main point of contact the discount code to access any free conference passes included in your agreement. Conference passes reserve a seat in sessions. Anyone using a sponsor pass can also double as booth staff.
