Exhibit Schedule

Exhibits will remain open over the course of the event, however, peak traffic is expected just before/after sessions, during breaks, and during the Evening Social Hour. All times subject to change pending the final program. Please do NOT staff your booth during the exclusive Conference Reception.

Stand Details

All dimensions are in metric. Each stand (booth) will include power, electrical strip, access to wifi, your company logo (the same logo on the SREcon22 EMEA website) on either the back wall (if applicable) or front counter panel unless you choose to submit custom graphics. The graphics order form and order form for custom booth options will be available soon from 2Fair, the stand builder with detailed drawing to illustrate the brandable areas and placement.

Internet

USENIX provides free WiFi access to all our attendees and exhibitors. We cannot guarantee the quality and seamless connectivity in the exhibit hall and we strongly recommend that all exhibitors who will need internet access for demos or displays, order an ethernet drop found on the AV order form linked here and in the next section:

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the option to order lead retrieval. Lead retrieval via the Cvent app should be ordered ahead of the discount deadline to provide the most competitive pricing. Staff is available to assist with this onsite but we are very limited onsite so we strongly suggest ordering the app and downloading it to your device ahead of time.

Graphics, Carpet, and Other Stand Furnishings

Submissions for any graphic orders or additional booth furnishings for your stand are due 12 October 2022. Submissions will go directly to 2Fair. Your stand will include your logo on the front of the counter and the backwall unless otherwise specified. Carpet is included, and will be gray unless you otherwise specify. 2Fair will handle your exhibit graphics.

Direct to venue deliveries are not possible!

Shipping Out: For every shipment that goes via the advanced warehouse (Today’s Logistics), they will provide return labels and pass those out during the last hours of the event.

Anyone that needs help during the dismantling will be served; please coordinate with Today’s Logistics. For those with pre-printed labels and pre-arranged courier pick up, the Beurs Van Berlage can also facilitate this for you.

The Beurs van Berlage has no courier service and cannot create a return shipment. Please visit Today’s Logistics for full details.

All returns must be prepared by the organization and/or exhibitor. It is important that the packages are properly packed and provided with the return labels so that they are ready for shipment.

Shipping In: All shipments must be arranged in advance with Today’s Logistics Transport, and should be delivered to their warehouse to arrive between the dates of 10–21 October.

Virtual Exhibit and Collateral

Exhibit admins and registered booth staff can update the virtual exhibit at any time before or during the conference.

USENIX will configure your exhibit page on the conference platform, Cvent’s Attendee Hub with your previously provided logo, URL, and blurb. Admins may edit this content.

Attendee Hub

The Cvent Attendee Hub is the virtual platform for the conference; hosting the live stream sessions, program, sponsor content, and attendee interactions.

Your company’s clickable logo and blurb are included in the sponsor and exhibitor sections of the platform, The Attendee Hub.

Your virtual page’s admin may customize with additional information, graphics, or documents and links. If you would like USENIX to enhance your page, please provide your content by 10 October. You may send items later, but be aware they may not be posted before attendees are invited to join the Attendee Hub.

Please send us the following information:

  • Admin name and contact email for your company
  • A blurb about your company (or your sponsor presence, tailored to the event)
  • (Optional) Tagline for your company (e.g., your one-liner slogan, or something similar)
  • (Optional) Social media link(s) (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • (Optional) Collateral (See below)

If providing collateral for The Hub, please review the below specifications:

  • Banner: Recommended image size is 1872x320 pixels with an aspect ratio of 936x160 pixels
  • Logo: Preferred logo/artwork formats should be scalable vector files such as AI or EPS ( files must have all fonts outlined, if applicable)
  • Documents: Files must be less than 20MB and in one of these formats: .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .txt, .xls, .xlsx
  • Website or Video Link: Please provide the URL, and the Display text (YouTube links are okay)
  • Video File: Supported file types are MOV, MP4. Each file should not exceed 5 GB

Registration

Onsite Exhibitor Registration and Virtual-only Exhibitor Registration

Exhibit staff (not attending conference sessions) should register with a unique URL that will be emailed to the main point of contact for your sponsorship. No code is necessary.

Exhibitor registration is required for those either staffing a booth or a virtual exhibit in the Hub.

Exhibitor-only registration is separate from sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
