OpML '19 Exhibitor Services

Exhibitor tables will be available for set up Monday, May 20th, starting at 7:00 am for OpML '19. Exhibits will close at 7:00 pm at the end of the happy hour and poster session. Attendees will be onsite beginning at 7:30 am, and exhibitors may begin staffing their booths at this time, if they wish.

Note: Peak traffic will be during the breaks, lunch, and during evening Happy Hour and Poster Session.

Lead Retrieval

You have the option to order lead retrieval via Cvent. Be sure to set up your Cvent account ahead of the event so you don't miss any key scanning opportunities. Questions about Cvent or Lead Capture? Contact leadcapture@cvent.com.

Monitor Rental

If you want to order a monitor or other AV, you can do so using this form: OpML '19 AV Order form.

WiFi and Electrical

Both are included with your table. If you need a hard wire ethernet line, please contact us.


Lunch will be provided to OpML attendees on Monday.

Exhibit Space

Exhibitor tables and registration will be located in the Mezzanine. Your exhibit space includes:

  • 6-ft draped table
  • 2 chairs
  • Electric access
  • Access to the free conference WiFi network
You are welcome to bring pop-up banners, table swag, desktop literature racks, and giveaways, but please be aware that you will need to transport these in and out on your own.

Shipping Information

If you plan to ship collateral for the attendee packets, please email your tracking number and a description of the item to sponsorship@usenix.org. Not sending a tracking number may cause your insert to not be included in the packet, though USENIX will make every effort to accommodate. Packages may arrive between May 15 and May 17, 2019.
