Tabletop exhibits will be located in the Grant Prefunction area adjacent to sessions. Tabletops will be open throughout the conference with peak traffic during the morning and afternoon breaks, before sessions, and toward the second half of the luncheon on Monday, May 4, 2026.
Please note that lunch is on-your-own from 12:30 pm–2:00 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and attendees may be offsite during this time. Please refer to the NSDI '26 program page for complete details and schedules, and plan accordingly.

You may bring a pop-up banner (should not exceed 6’ W x 8’H), branded tablecloth, and giveaways. Please review the shipping information and review the hyperlinked label. The venue may charge a small fee for holding your packages.
Internet and Electrical
USENIX provides free WiFi to all attendees and exhibitors. Tabletop exhibitors may access the conference WiFi network and the electrical outlet. Please bring your own cables as needed for your devices. If you need a hardwired Ethernet line, please email [email protected] for more information.
Monitor Rental
Monitors for tabletops should be ordered through Show Imaging no later than Friday, April 17.
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors can purchase lead retrieval licenses to use the Cvent LeadCapture app, available for download on your device. Here are instructions on how to use the app.
Overnight Security
There is no overnight security. Please coordinate with a USENIX staff member onsite to request that small valuables be stored overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Inbound
Please send all inbound shipments to arrive between Wednesday, April 29, and Friday, May 1. Use the shipping label below to ensure we can locate your packages onsite. Send [email protected] your tracking numbers and a description of the contents.

Hold onto your boxes if your team needs to return items. Please have prepaid, pre-printed labels ready in advance.
Exhibitor-only Registration
Exhibitor-only badges are required for those staffing a table.
- Exhibitor-only badges are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
- Refer to the email sent to your sponsorship's main POC for the link to register exhibit-only staff.
Important: Anyone registered to attend sessions (i.e., a full conference pass) may also serve as an exhibitor and does not need to register as an exhibitor. Exhibiting staff who would also like to attend sessions will not be allowed unless registered as a full attendee with either a sponsor pass or a regular registration.
