Tabletop exhibits will be located in the prefunction area of the Liberty Ballroom at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, at 1201 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA.
Tabletops will be open throughout the conference with peak traffic during the morning and afternoon breaks, before sessions, and toward the latter half of the NSDI ‘25 luncheon on Monday, April 28. Please note that lunch is on-your-own from 12:10 PM–2:00 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday and attendees may be offsite during this time. Please refer to the NSDI '25 program for complete details and break schedule.

You may bring a pop-up banner (should not exceed 6’ W x 8’H), branded tablecloth, and giveaways, but please be aware that you will need to transport these in and out on your own or ship directly to the venue’s onsite FedEx office. Please review the shipping information and review the hyperlinked label. The venue may charge a small fee for holding your packages.
Internet and Electrical
USENIX provides free WiFi to all attendees and exhibitors. Tabletop exhibitors may access the conference WiFi network and the electrical outlet. Please bring your own cables as needed for your devices. If you need a hardwired ethernet line, please email sponsorship@usenix.org for information.
Monitor Rental
Monitors for tabletops should be ordered through Show Imaging no later than Thursday, April 17.
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors have the option to buy lead retrieval licenses via the Cvent LeadCapture app, which is downloadable to your own device. These can be purchased by your exhibit admin in the exhibitor portal. Here are instructions on how to use the app.
Overnight Security
There is no overnight security. Please coordinate with a USENIX staff member onsite to request small valuables be stored overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Shipping
Inbound
Please send all shipments to arrive between Wednesday, April 23 and Friday, April 25, and use the shipping label below to best ensure we can locate your packages onsite. Please send sponsorship@usenix.org your tracking numbers and a description of the contents.
Outbound Shipping
Hold onto your boxes if your team needs to return items. Please have prepaid, pre-printed labels ready in advance.
Exhibitor only Registration
Exhibitor-only badges are required for those staffing a table.
- Exhibitor only badges are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
- Sponsorship will email the main point of contact with the registration link.
Important: Anyone registered to attend sessions (i.e., a full conference pass) may double as an exhibitor, and they do not need to register as an exhibitor. Exhibiting staff who would also like to attend sessions will not be allowed unless registered as a full attendee with either a sponsor pass or a regular registration.
