FAST '26 Exhibitor Resources

Welcome to FAST '26. The conference runs from Tuesday, February 24, through Thursday, February 26. If you are an exhibiting sponsor, your tabletop will be located on the Mezzanine level, adjacent to the conference sessions. Be sure to bookmark this page and refer back to it regularly for the latest updates. Thank you for your support!

Important Deadlines (Subject to updates)

Exhibit Move-in/out Schedule

  • February 23: Exhibitor move-in from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • February 24: Exhibitor move-in from 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM
  • February 26: Exhibit move-out from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Exhibit Hours

  • February 24: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • February 25: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • February 26: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM*
    • *Sessions end at 5:10 PM but you may tear down during lunch from 12:30–2:00, or you’re welcome to exhibit until 4:00 PM

Exhibit Space Includes

  • Six-foot, draped table
  • Two chairs
  • Conference WiFi access
  • Electrical access

Good to know:

  • Exhibitor tables will be located on the Mezzanine level, adjacent to sessions, in the foyer of the Santa Clara Ballroom.
  • You may bring a pop-up banner not exceeding 6' W x 8'H, a branded tablecloth, and giveaways.
  • You may transport items that you can carry in/out on your own or ship them directly to the venue, per the instructions under the shipping heading.
  • The venue may charge a small handling fee for packages exceeding 40 pounds or palletized materials. Please notify us in advance if your shipment meets or exceeds this weight.

Ethernet and Electrical

USENIX provides free WiFi to all attendees and exhibitors. Network details will be printed on your exhibitor badge. If you require a hardwired Ethernet connection, please email [email protected] for more information.

An outlet will be near the tables. Cables and cords: Bring your own compatible cables, dongles, adapters, and other device-specific accessories. If you order a monitor, ensure that your laptop's cables are long enough to reach the monitor.

Monitors for tabletops should be ordered through Show Imaging (SI) no later than Thursday, February 11, 2026

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the option to use their own lead retrieval tools or buy lead retrieval licenses via Cvent's LeadCapture app for use on their mobile devices. We do not offer device rentals. Lead data collected contains the details the attendee provided at registration: Name, title, company/institution, email, and country. If you wish to collect additional details, you will need to ask during your interaction. Lead data is synced every 15-30 minutes over a stable WiFi connection and is accessible to your Cvent administrator (typically, your off-site sponsorship lead).

Shipping

Your sponsorship includes package handling and storing under the following conditions:

  • All inbound shipments must arrive between Wednesday, February 18, 2026, and Friday, February 20, 2026.
  • Label exactly as indicated (see linked label below).
  • Packages should not exceed 40 pounds (a fee may be incurred for larger shipments).
  • Palletized materials or 10 or more packages may incur a fee from the venue.
  • If you're using a third party to manage your collateral, please share this information with them.
  • USENIX will place your packages at your table during exhibitor setup.

Don't forget to:

  • Email [email protected] your tracking numbers and a description of the contents to ensure we can locate your packages onsite and deliver them to your tabletop.
  • Hold onto your boxes for returning items after the event.
  • Have prepaid, pre-printed return labels ready in advance.
  • Please leave your exhibit space as you found it, and refrain from leaving any discarded or unwanted items in the exhibit area.

FAST '26 Shipping Label

Overnight Security

There is no overnight security, and the tables are in a public space. Please remove any valuables before leaving. If you have boxes that do not fit under your draped table, you may coordinate with a USENIX staff member onsite to request overnight storage on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Exhibitor-only Registration

Exhibitor-only badges are required for those solely staffing a table and allow access to the hallway track only.

  • Exhibitor-only badges are separate from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
  • We will email the main point of contact for your sponsorship with the exhibitor registration instructions.

Anyone registered to attend sessions with a full conference pass may also act as an exhibitor. They do not need to register as an exhibitor as well.
