Abstract:
Caterpillars do not transform into butterflies overnight. It takes time and a series of steps. In this presentation, we’ll walk through each stage in the journey to automate, standardize, and validate Data Subject Access Request fulfillment engineering operations to address regulatory requirements and provide a good user experience. We’ll share our experience as a technical team building multiple automation tools for Data Subject Access Requests in order to help other engineering teams prepare or refine their own strategies for privacy automation.
