Shannon Lietz, DevSecOps Leader, Intuit

Shannon Lietz is an award-winning innovator with over two decades of experience pursuing advanced security defenses and next generation security solutions. Ms. Lietz is currently the DevSecOps Leader for Intuit where she is responsible for setting and driving the company’s security engineering strategy and cloud security support for product innovation. She is passionate about leading the charge for security transformation and change management in large environments, leveraging Agile and Rugged principles. Prior to joining Intuit, Ms. Lietz worked for several fortune 500 companies, most notably Sony and ServiceNow, where she supported mission critical teams engaged in advanced security programs. She has also had previous experience as a serial entrepreneur operating to solve some of the world’s hard problems. Ms. Lietz holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Mount St. Mary’s College. She is an avid blogger and evangelist for all things DevSecOps, HackerGirl and Rugged Software.
