Tabletop Exhibit Hours
Tabletop exhibits will be open throughout the conference. Peak traffic occurs during the breaks, just before and after sessions, and toward the latter half of the luncheon.

Tabletop Exhibit Details
Exhibitor tables will be located in the Grand Ballroom foyer, adjacent to sessions. You may bring a pop-up banner not exceeding 6’ W x 8’ H, a branded tablecloth, and giveaways. Please be aware that you must transport these in and out on your own or ship directly to the venue per the instructions below. The venue may charge a small fee to hold your packages.
Included with each tabletop exhibit:
- 6-foot draped table
- 2 chairs
- Free conference WiFi
- Electrical access
Internet and Electrical
USENIX provides free WiFi to all attendees and exhibitors. Tabletop exhibitors may access the conference WiFi network and the electrical outlet. Please bring your own cables as needed for your devices. If you need a hardwired ethernet line, please email sponsorship@usenix.org for more information.
Monitor Rental
Monitors for your exhibit should be ordered through Show Imaging no later than Friday, July 5, 2024. If you want to order a monitor or other AV, you can do so using this form: USENIX ATC '24 Monitor Order form
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors have the option to purchase lead retrieval licenses via the Cvent LeadCapture app, which is downloadable to their own devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Your exhibit admin can purchase these in the exhibitor portal. Here are instructions on how to use the app. Your exhibit's admin may download leads at any time during or after the conference. USENIX does not provide, maintain, or distribute leads and contact information and is not responsible for technical or user errors. If you have any questions on-site, please let us know immediately so we can provide a solution.

Overnight Security
There is no overnight security. Please coordinate with a USENIX staff member onsite to request small valuables be stored overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Shipping
Inbound
All inbound shipments should arrive between Wednesday, July 3 and Friday, July 5, 2024, and use the shipping label linked below. Please send sponsorship@usenix.org your tracking numbers and a description of the contents.
The venue may charge a small fee for storing larger parcels or parcels that arrive outside of the shipping window. Please refer to the chart below:

If you booked accommodations with the hotel, they will bill it to your room. If you are not staying at the hotel, please proceed to the front desk with the invoice and submit the payment before the hotel staff delivers the boxes.
Outbound
Keep your boxes if your team needs to return items, and have prepaid, pre-printed labels ready in advance.
Exhibitor-only Registration
Exhibitor-only badges are required for those staffing a table if not otherwise registered as an attendee.
- Exhibitor-only badges are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
- Please email sponsorship@usenix.org for the registration link.
Reminder: Exhibitors registered to attend sessions (i.e., a full conference pass or attendee) may also exhibit and do not need to register again as an exhibitor. Exhibiting staff who would also like to attend sessions will not be allowed unless registered as a full attendee with either a sponsor pass or a regular registration.
