You are welcome to bring pop-up banners, table swag, desktop literature racks, and giveaways, but please be aware that you will need to transport these in and out on your own.

Exhibit Location

All exhibit tables are located in the Grand Prefunction space.

All Conference sessions are located in the Grand Ballrooms. Please see hotel layout here.

HotStorage and HotCloud: set up can begin on Monday morning (6:30 AM) one hour prior to registration opening at 7:30 AM (badge pick-up). Please note security will not be available but USENIX staff can secure items in the show office. ATC set up can begin after 6:00 PM Tuesday, prior to registration opening on Wednesday, or by arrangement.

The conference ends at 1:00 PM, and we do not expect much traffic. However, please advise if you still wish to staff a table in the morning.

Hotel

ATC ‘19, HotCloud ‘19, HotStorage ‘19, HotEdge ‘19 will take place at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington near Seattle Southport, and has a rate of $249 for single/double occupancy. The discount deadline for hotel reservations is Monday, June 17.

Packet Inserts

As part of your sponsorship, you may send a one-piece collateral item (flat/2D/6”x8”) following the five steps below.

  1. Please email us if you plan to ship an insert for inclusion in the attendee packet
  2. Please label this shipment clearly with: “ATTENDEE PACKET INSERT” (see label below)
  3. Estimated quantity for attendee packet inserts is 400
  4. Please send all boxes to arrive between Wednesday, July 2 and Friday, July 5

Shipping Out

You must arrange to hand carry or ship out your materials on your own. We recommend bringing pre-printed shipping labels if needed. All exhibitor items should be removed by lunchtime on Friday. Any items left behind will be discarded (or shipped back to the exhibiting company at its expense).
