Instructions for Authors of Refereed Papers

  1. Final Papers: A printable PDF of your paper is due on or before Wednesday, May 31, 2017. Full papers should be no longer than 11 pages including figures, tables, and appendices, but not including references. Short papers should be no longer than 5 pages including figures, tables, and appendices, but not including references.
    • This is a hard deadline, no extensions will be granted.
    • Papers should be typeset in two-column format in 10-point Times Roman type on 12-point leading (single-spaced), with the text block being no more than 6.5" wide by 9" deep. As references do not count against the page limit, they should not be set in a smaller font.

    • You are required to follow the shepherding process and its deadlines as described in the e-mail you received from the chairs.
