1. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Fill in the secure online
registration form. Payment by credit card is required. Students
should read the Student Discounts and Stipends
page.
Web registration discount: Receive $50 off full-price tutorials and
$50 off full-price technical sessions for using our online form!
- PDF Form
Download the PDF file, print it, fill
in the registration form, and fax or send it via postal mail to the
USENIX conference office. You'll need the latest Acrobat reader, available at
Adobe's site.
Payment by check or credit card MUST accompany the registration form.
Purchase orders, vouchers, and telephone reservations cannot be
accepted.
2. FREE EXHIBITS ONLY PASS
Fill in the secure online Exhibits Only registration form. Use this
if you will only be attending the vendor exhibition.
Please note: Web pre-registration will be closed on November 23.
You can still register after Nov. 23 onsite in San Diego.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, all refund requests must be in writing with your
signature, and postmarked no later than November 26, 2001.
Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You may substitute another
