Welcome to the resource page for your sponsorship exhibit. This page contains important information and deadlines to help you prepare for the event. Please refer to your sponsorship contract for details on your tier-specific deliverables. All exhibit-related orders—including graphics, monitors, furnishings, and other customizations—must be coordinated through Total Expo; custom stands or structures are not permitted. Please note that direct shipping to the venue is not allowed. All shipments of giveaways, promotional materials, and collateral should be arranged through Interflow Logistics. Key Dates and Deadlines

Total Expo Ordering Deadlines

  • 21 September: Branded package selection
  • 28 September: Print-ready artwork
  • 5 October: Electrics and furniture

Registration Deadlines

  • 23 September: Deadline to register for exhibitor badges. Staff is limited to two per day or shift in most cases
  • 23 September: Deadline to use any complimentary session passes (*conference passes included per your agreement to attend sessions).

Interflow Logistics Shipping Deadlines

All shipping will be handled by Interflow Logistics. There is no direct-to-venue shipping allowed.

  • 2 October: All orders due to Interflow Logistics
    • *Before your cargo arrives: Send your pre-alert message with a copy of all documents before dispatching the goods to [email protected].

Interflow Goods Must Be Received By*

  • 2 October: Deadline to book freight
  • 6 October: Airfreight
  • 7 October: Truck via warehouse

Optional Enhancements Deadlines

  • 9 October: Deadline to order dedicated internet through the Convention Centre
  • 12 October: Deadline to purchase lead retrieval (Cvent LeadCapture)
  • 12 October: Deadline to assign lead retrieval licenses to exhibiting staff

Exhibitor Move-in/out Schedule

  • Monday, 12 October: Exhibitor set up in the Forum 16:00–17:00
  • Tuesday, 13 October: Exhibitor set up in the Forum: 07:00–10:00
  • Thursday, 15 October: Exhibitor move out 14:00–16:00

Exhibit Hours (Pending final program, subject to updates)

  • Tuesday, 13 October: 10:00–19:30 (through the conference reception)
  • Wednesday, 14 October: 08:00–17:30
  • Thursday, 15 October: 08:00–14:00

Stand Details

Stands are located in The Forum on the ground floor of the Convention Centre Dublin. For all levels, you may order a monitor, submit graphics, and further customize your stand through Total Expo’s online storefront.

All exhibits include an unbranded stand enclosure, which consists of:

  • Exhibit structure backwall (low sidewalls if connected to another stand)
  • 1x spotlight on arm
  • Unbranded lockable counter with shelves
  • 2x Zed stools
  • 1x Double 13A socket 220V

Online Ordering

Total Expo will contact your team with the link to their order portal. This is where you will select your optional graphics package and furnishings, monitors, and accessories.

Graphics: Submit your final, print-ready artwork directly to Total Expo by 28 September.

Note: Do not send files to USENIX. USENIX will not forward your artwork. Artwork specifications for your stand are available from Total Expo once you select your package on their webshop.

Design note: If ordering a wall-mounted monitor, coordinate placement with Total Expo when designing your artwork.

Shipping

Interflow Logistics Freight Handling Advanced Warehouse

No direct-to-venue shipments allowed. Book your freight with Interflow Logistics no later than 2 October 2026.

Shipping Out and Empty Storage

Please arrange your outbound shipments and storage needs for empty boxes in advance through Interflow Logistics. Interflow will be available during set up and tear down to assist you, but we strongly encourage you to contact them in advance.

Electrical

Your exhibit space includes access to one double socket and a 1kW max power point. If you require additional power, please order through Total Expo’s webshop and consult with them on placement.

Note: Cables, adapters, extension cords, and other peripherals are not included. Please plan accordingly.

Monitor Rental

Only order through Total Expo’s webshop and not the Convention Centre Dublin. Mounting options include stand or wall-mounted. Please consult with your team to ensure the monitor placement complements your graphics, and coordinate placement with Total Expo.

WiFi and Ethernet

Free conference WiFi is included with your exhibit. If you would like a dedicated connection for seamless connectivity, you can place an order through the Convention Centre Dublin and follow the instructions detailed below.

Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) Ethernet Order Portal
The Convention Centre Dublin offers dedicated connectivity if you require a seamless connection beyond the conference-provided free WiFi. The order portal is managed by the CCD, and you may place orders through their storefront.

Note: Monitors and furnishing orders on the Convention Centre’s site should NOT be purchased. You may only order these through Total Expo.

The order portal closes 08:00 local time, 9 October local time.

CCD Ethernet Order Portal

  1. Scroll to SREcon26 Europe/Middle East/Africa and click Go to store
  2. Create an account and complete the mandatory fields. Use your company name if you do not know your stand number.
  3. Please ignore all other offerings (monitors) from the CCD and only use this portal for dedicated internet/ethernet.

Lead Retrieval Overview

App-based lead retrieval provided by Cvent. Licenses are purchased by your exhibits administrator and assigned to registered exhibitors from within the Cvent portal. Please review the instructions in advance so that your team does not miss opportunities to scan attendees on the show floor.

Lead Retrieval Order Form (coming soon)

Leads are gathered using the Cvent LeadCapture app, downloadable to your company or personal devices from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Here are instructions on how to use the app. Please share this information with your onsite exhibiting staff in advance.

GDPR Compliance: Exhibitors can add an additional question within the app to obtain a form of written consent if required. Data collected includes the information the attendee agreed to share when registering to attend the conference: Name, email, company, country, and title. Please note: Phone numbers, work/home addresses, cities, and postal codes are not collected. You may ask attendees for additional contact information upon further conversation.

Exhibitor Badge FAQ

To manage floor density and ensure a consistent experience for all sponsors, we enforce specific caps on exhibitor-only badges.

  • Included Allotment: Each sponsorship tier comes with a fixed number of complimentary exhibitor badges (specific to your level, as outlined in your agreement).
  • Purchasable Add-ons: Sponsors may purchase a limited number of additional exhibitor badges at cost per badge, maximum quantity is outlined in your agreement.
  • Stand Capacity: To maintain clear aisles and manageable crowds, we limit the total number of staff at any single exhibit to two per day at a time.
  • Flexible Alternative: Please remember that any team members who hold a full-conference pass do not need an exhibitor-only badge; they are fully authorized to staff your booth in addition to attending sessions.

Security

The Forum and the Convention Centre will be secured and locked after hours, accessible only to venue staff. The CCD has 24-hour security on-site.

SREcon26 EMEA does not offer accommodations.
