WHAT TO SUBMIT

If You'd Like Handouts for Your Talk . . .

Please send us your materials by 15 October 2003. We will photocopy either or both of:
  • Your slides, 2- or 4-up (preferred) on white 8.5" x 11" pages. Please read the slide presentation guidelines (PDF).
  • An extended abstract or paper about the topic.
Either contact Jane-Ellen Long, jel@usenix.org, about electronic file formats or send physical copies to:
Jane-Ellen Long, IS/Production Director

Electronic Files

In order to make your talk available on the LISA CD, we will need your electronic files by 4 September 2003.

We like to offer Invited Talk materials on the USENIX Web site after the conference. Slides, HTML, and supplementary materials are all acceptable. Often it proves easiest to send or hand them to us immediately after your presentation.

HTML and PDF are preferred for the basic materials. We also take PostScript, PowerPoint, compressed source files, and other formats. Please contact Jane-Ellen Long, jel@usenix.org, if you have questions about possible formats.

We can mount your files at any time. However, if you want the files to be available on the Web immediately after the conference, we will need to receive them on or before 15 October 2003. Direct your files to jel@usenix.org.

URLs

If you have information online about any software or documents discussed in your talk, please include the relevant URLs.
