\section{Paper formatting}

You do not need to use this template to format your submission;
however, your submission should be formatted such that:

\item It is formatted as one column.
\item It includes the authors full names and contact information (no
  anonymous submissions).
\item It is formatted for US letter paper with one-inch margins (6.5"
  x 9").
\item It uses 11 point Times Roman font (or similar) with 12 point
  leading.

\section{Page Limits}

The page limit for {\bf submissions} is 20 pages. Papers that are over
the limit risk being rejected without further review, at the
discretion of the Chair.

\section{Camera-ready Copy}

Separate instructions will be provided later for producing
camera-ready copy.
