Wireless Network Access
USENIX is pleased to offer complimentary internet access via an 802.11b wireless network in the main meeting areas for Mobisys 2003. We have a limited number of Aironet 4800 pcmcia cards to lend out to those without wireless adapters, and encourage attendees to bring their own. The network provides a NAT'd RFC 1918 private IP address behind a basic firewall. NAT breaks some VPN clients, so consult your network administrator for configuration information. Please send e-mail to wireless @ usenix.org if a particular set of ports must be open on the firewall for your vpn to work. The network is not secure, and attendees are encouraged to use encryption.

It is anticipated that STSN will have in-room internet access installed by the conference date. For pricing information, please visit www.stsn.com.
