• Thursday, November 6: Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at Warehouse without surcharges
• Tuesday, November 11: Direct Shipments may arrive on-site
• Tuesday, November 11: Installation 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, November 12: Installation 8:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
• Thursday, November 13: Dismantle 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Thursday, November 13: Carriers must be checked in by 3:30 p.m.
