System logs represent a rich source of information for the analysis and diagnosis of system problems and prediction of future system events. WASL '08 will focus on novel techniques for extracting more information from existing logs and on methods to improve the information content of future logs.

The submissions deadline for the 6th USENIX Symposium on Networked Systems Design and Implementation (NSDI ’09) is quickly approaching.

Please submit all your paper titles and abstracts by  6:00 p.m. EDT, October 3, 2008.

NSDI ’09 brings together researchers from across the networking and systems community - including computer networking,  distributed systems, and operating systems – in fostering cross disciplinary approaches and addressing shared research challenges.
