	Admission to the tutorials you select
	Printed and bound tutorial materials for your selected courses
	Lunch

Tutorial fees

You will be asked to select one morning and one afternoon tutorial, the fee is for a complete day, no half day registrations are allowed.

$395 - On or before September 17, 1999

$445 - After September 17, 1999

$15 - CEU credit for one day.

The refund/cancellation date is October 1, 1999.
