I am part of a group which is investigating Web access Quality of Service issues. At this point we are concentrating on server level issues pertaining to predictability and stability of Internet service. We are looking at both HP-UX and NT based web servers as we begin our investigation, with NT being somewhat of an unknown for this group at this point.
