Payment by check or credit card MUST accompany the registration form. Purchase orders, vouchers and telephone reservations cannot be accepted.

Refund/Cancellation policy

If you must cancel, all refund requests must be in writing with your signature, and postmarked no later than September 24, 1999. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You may substitute another in your place. Call the Conference Office for details: 1.949.588.8649.
