    EVT '08: 2008 USENIX/ACCURATE Electronic Voting Technology Workshop
    July 28–29, 2008, San Jose, CA

    EVT seeks to bring together researchers from a variety of disciplines, ranging from computer science and human-computer interaction experts through political scientists, legal experts, election administrators, and voting equipment vendors. The program features paper presentations, an invited talk by Jon Krosnick of Stanford University, and two panels, including "How Can Researchers and Election Officials Better Work Together?"

    CSET '08: Workshop on Cyber Security Experimentation and Test
    July 28, 2008, San Jose, CA

    CSET aims to gather both researchers who use testbeds for security experimentation and testbed developers to share their ideas and results and to discuss open problems in this area. The program features paper presentations and a panel on security education.
